It's built from the format SCG + your exam year + the last 4 digits of your NIC. For example, an NIC ending in 0513 with a 2027 exam year becomes SCG270513. You'll see it on screen right after you register.
Yes — once registered, you can log in with either your email and password or your Student ID and password, whichever is easier to remember.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password or Email/Student ID" — it opens a WhatsApp chat with our team so we can verify your identity and help you back in.
These two fields are locked once you register, since they're used to verify your identity and generate your Student ID. If either was entered incorrectly, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll correct it for you.
After you upload your payment slip at checkout, your request shows as "Pending Enrollment." Approval is usually completed within 24 hours, and your 30-day access window starts from the moment it's approved.
Yes — courses marked "Free" don't require any payment. Tap "Enroll Free" and you'll get instant access right away, no waiting for approval.
You can request an access renewal directly from your dashboard before your course expires. Once it's reviewed, you'll see the approval or rejection on your Notices page.
Yes — once your enrollment is approved, an auto-generated receipt with your course fee and details is available in your dashboard, and you can download it anytime.
The "Join Zoom Class Now" button becomes active 5 minutes before the scheduled start time, so make sure you're logged in a little early.
Every video plays with your Student ID and name watermarked on screen. This protects the content and is normal — it won't affect your viewing experience, and you can still watch in full screen.
Yes — PDF content opens in a viewer first, and you'll find a download button there if you'd like to save a copy. Some video lessons also have a matching downloadable paper linked just below them.
Marks stay hidden until a teacher or manager approves them for that paper. Once approved, your mark and grade appear right away on your Performance page.
Gold points reward high scores and grade streaks, while Green points reward steady improvement from one paper to the next. Both build up automatically and can be redeemed once you reach certain thresholds.
